Concrete Form Release Agents
Your goal of improving spray performance and cold weather stability can be achieved by using The Hill and Griffith Company’s new and improved concrete form release agents, Grifcote® brand.
Hill and Griffith has created an entire family of specialized concrete form release agents with the knowledge of what our customers need and an eye on the future. These agents have low odor, are non-staining, help reduce bug holes and are easy to apply. GRIFCOTE® form release agents lead the industry as VOC compliant, biodegradable, DOT exempt and "renewable" resource agents.
GRIFCOTE® Concrete Form Release Agents Benefits
-
Improved spray performance
-
Improved cold weather stability
-
Carrying agents are EPA VOC compliant, non-carcinogenic and some are biodegradable based on the EPA’s half-life requirement of 28 days.
-
DOT exempt
-
Low odor, non-staining
-
Helps to reduce bug holes. Reactive materials combine with cement to form metallic soap causing ease of separation from form and minimizes sticking.
-
Greater than 200 degree flashpoint - closed cup
-
Helps to clean forms and pallets
-
Ready to use, no mixing necessary, indefinite freeze/thaw cycles, no additional mixing necessary (concentrates available)
-
Easy application, can be sprayed, swabbed or wiped
-
Cost effective, coverage up to 3000 sq. ft/gallon
-
Available in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, 330 gallon one-way totes and 1,000-6,000 gallon bulk tank wagons GRIFCOTE® Family of Products
